Community of Care Remote Services
Community of Care
Community of Care delivers our Interpersonal Whole-Brain Model of Care to the global special needs community.
Through Community of Care, Jacob's Ladder has served families and trained providers spanning nearly every continent worldwide.
Community of Care ensures families around the globe receive the same comprehensive evaluation, individualized program design, intensive intervention, and in-depth clinical oversight as our on-campus Jacob’s Ladder students.
Most Community of Care families travel to our Roswell, Georgia campus for the 1-week evaluation process and 1-8 week intensive and training process, residing throughout this time in a fully furnished, two-story, executive suite on campus.
The family's provider or team of providers may travel with them and receive in-depth training from our team during the intensive and training process, as well as continued oversight in regards to implementation, reporting, and ensuring the program is always reflective of the student's ever-changing challenge point in each area.
Alternatively, Jacob’s Ladder has a traveling team, and may send one of our own providers to work remotely with a family.
